On Memorial Day we honor those who have sacrificed for our Freedom. The Military Friends Foundation, “Field of Flags”, established in 2012, honors and remembers the lives of of Service Members whose sacrifice can never be repaid. 

This display has travelled throughout communities in the Commonwealth for over a decade including at the Run For The Fallen and the Massachusetts Gold Star Families Monument. 

LOCATION FOR 2024: In 2024, Swampscott, MA will host the “Field of Flags” from May 24-27th. The flags will flying along Monument Avenue. This display is held in partnership with the Lynn-Swampscott Veterans’ Services.

VOLUNTEER: On Friday, May 24th at 5PM volunteers are invited to join Lynn-Swampscott Veterans’ Services to install and set-up the display. The meet-up location is Swampscott Town Hall lawn.
