On Friday May 13th, as part of the Welcome Home Ceremony for the 3/126 AVN at Camp Edwards, the Military Friends Foundation will once again sponsor a photobooth for servicemembers and their families to create personal mementos with friends and loved ones.
On Sunday, March 27th, the 1st Battalion 182nd Infantry Regiment, was deployed for Afghanistan during a ceremony at Boston College’s Conte Forum. The Ahern Family Charitable Foundation and the Military Friends Foundation have created a partnership to establish Operation Santa-Massachusetts , a new program that supports children of Citizen Service Members & Fallen Heroes during the holiday season. All proceeds from the Ahern Foundation’s Army-Navy luncheon on Saturday, December 11, noon at the Bostonville Grille in Lynnfield will benefit Operation Santa-Massachusetts.
