Military Friend Membership

Each year Military Friends Foundation hosts a wide array of community support events for active military, their families, Gold Star Families, and veterans. We invite you to fill out the form below for complimentary membership to our network. As a member you will have access to 1) exclusive Military Friends Foundation Warrior MWR events 2) complimentary tickets from our generous supporters and 3) receive information about benefits and opportunities for military and veteran families. Please note each event opportunity has various eligibility guidelines so review each event flyer for details. While we seek to accommodate as many requests as possible limited tickets are available for each event. We will only contact those selected for the tickets either via phone or email.
